16 Hours Part Time – Inbound Customer Service Executive – Rotherham – £15,074 pro rata – Immediate Start!
Venatu Consulting are working with a well known brand in search for a Part Time Inbound Customer Service Executives to join their team.
Working in a professional open plan office and NOT Call Centre environment
Duties
* Receiving inbound calls from customers dealing with enquiries
* Explaining product information
* Resolving any outstanding issues and queries
* Advising customers of products available
* Updating customer files
* Up selling products and ad on promotions
* Inputting relevant information on to excel spreadsheet
* General administration duties.
* Responding to emails and social media
Ideal Candidate
* Previous customer service experience either call centre, office or retail
* Must be enthusiastic and motivated
* Confident and clear in speaking over the phone
* Able to multi task and use own initiative
* Self motivated and keen to learn new skills
* Good English speaking and written skills
Hours
* Part Time
* Monday & Tuesday 10am – 2pm & Friday 11am – 2pm.
* This role is a 6 month contract to cover peak period in the business and possible perm post after this period.
