£31,200 per annum plus essential car user allowance

Our client is a not–for–profit housing association, with almost 6000 properties for rent, plus a range of sheltered housing options. They are also continuing to build new homes so working with them you can expect to be busy.

As a Property Analyst you will be responsible for providing the provision of an information and statistical service for the entire Property Services Team. This will include managing the asset information databases and ensure the integrity of the data is maintained at a very high level of accuracy.

Having an analytical approach you will also be able to demonstrate your ability to spot trends, investigate and present recommendations in order to identify where value for money or continuous improvement benefits can be realised.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of producing, collating and analysing performance data. You will be familiar with SQL, MS Office to include advanced skills in Word, Excel and Access and will have broad knowledge of hardware, software and programming. A logical approach to problem solving is a must.
