This role is an interesting and varied position working for an international service provider that offers workspace solutions to meet any requirement ranging from sole traders to FTSE 100 companies and this service offering spans across the world.
In this role you will be fundamental to ensuring these offices run like clockwork.
 
Caretaker Responsibilities:

• Ensure the centre is in excellent working order
• Perform weekly tests on lighting systems
• Ensure drains are keep free from debris
• Pedestrian access is always clear and safe
• As required, painting and decorating
• Grass cutting and general grounds maintenance
• Report any emergencies i.e., gas and water leaks
• Clear communication skills
• Comply with the Health and Safety legislations at all times

 
Previous Caretaker knowledge and experience:

• providing maintenance services
• Ability to work to strict deadlines and guidelines
• Good knowledge of safe working practices and the understanding of operating within Health and Safety guidelines
• Strong understanding of risk assessments
