Salary: £26,400 – £31,200 per year
Service Reservations Advisor or Senior Service Advisor
We are looking for a warm, caring person to start the customers journey with ease and generating a memorable experience, leaving a customer 100% satisfied. Good progression prospects at this Main Dealership who can offer world class training.
- Friendly first point of contact, receiving and booking in customers vehicles
- Understanding customers requirements and recording information accurately
- Have good listening skills and be a strong communicator
- Have a can-do attitude
- Enthusiastic and flexible
- Supporting others when necessary
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Remain calm under pressure
- Liaise with parts department
- Preparing customers paperwork in advance to create a smooth journey
Working Days/ Hours & Benefits
- Hours:
- Monday to Friday 8-6pm
- Saturdays, 1 in 3, half days 8am-12
- Remuneration:
- Good Basic Salary, £26,400 – £31,200Dependant on Experience
- Plus Excellent up-sell commissions, Circa £26,400 – £31,200pa(uncapped)
- Other Service Advisors are earning £35-40,000
