Diamond Recruitment Services are looking for an Experienced Service Advisor to join a family run business in Corby.
You will have the chance to work in a busy, fast-paced and challenging environment that will demand the best customer journey experience and knowledge you can bring.
You will demonstrate great product knowledge and show passion in delivering exceptional customer service, as well as having excellent communication skills to provide a seamless service to our customers.
We are looking for experienced people, so as long as you have automotive experience and can demonstrate great customer service in a very busy environment then this is the role for you.
Your Role
* Greeting customers in a prompt and courteous manner;
* Checking in customer vehicle arrivals;
* Liaising with the workshop to provide customers with timely progress updates;
* Advise on additional work required;
* Provide a first-class handover with full invoice and work explanation.
Knowledge of kerridge and Pinnacle are desirable but not essential
