Application Developer – Java, SQL
£25,000 – £30,000 + benefits
West London
This is a fantastic opportunity for you an experienced Application Developer with excellent Java and SQL skills with a “Can Do” attitude to join a leading global company based in West London. You will be working within in a team to develop smart phone applications for their business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
*To build applications for hand held and tablet platforms using an in house software development suite
*Create dynamic online reports using SQL
*Good working knowledge of Java
*Implement data post-processing tools
*Participate in client/design/review meetings
*Assist with functional requirements gathering and documentation creation
*Perform billable application work, including system reviews and sales prototypes at customer sites
REQUIREMENTS
*BS, BA – degree in computer programming or equivalent degree preferred
*Programming/development experience
*Demonstrated SQL knowledge and JAVA experience – J2EE is a plus
*Excellent time management, communication skills both written and oral, team work and organizational skills
