Structural Engineer

Structural Engineer required for structural engineering consultancy based in St Albans.

Job description:

Structural design of steel pile foundations and steel structures, production of drawings. The company will provide necessary internal training. Successful candidate will get the opportunity to work within a dynamic team on a wide range of prestigious infrastructure, civil, energy and telecom projects. He/she will get the chance to attend design meetings, visit sites, liaise with clients and external consultants, and eventually take responsibility for his/her own projects from concept stage to completion.

Requirements:

Enthusiastic, motivated Structural Engineer with 3+ years’ steel structural design experience. Right candidate should have good knowledge of Eurocode 3 and Eurocode 0, be proficient in AutoCAD and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: up to £54,000basic annual salary, depending on candidate’s experience. On top of the basic salary successful candidate will be offered stakeholder’s pension scheme, full private medical insurance, company’s mobile phone and company’s computer.
