Sales Manager – IT Managed Services

My client is a leading provider of Hybrid Managed IT Services which enable organisations to transition, flex and integrate between on-premise and cloud-based service ways of working. Providing Cloud Services, managed IT Solutions (LAN / WAN / WiFi / Infrastructure / Server / Storage / Virtualisation), working with products such as CISCO, Avaya, Net App and Citrix.

We urgently seek an experienced Sales Manager, whose main responsibility will be to manage the Sales teams, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage performance management and strong skills on the Recruitment side, but also to identify profitable business opportunities and generate new business within the Private and Public sectors by using your networks, prospecting leads and presenting solutions directly to clients. We are seeking some one who is highly focused, outgoing, motivated, proactive individual with a sound knowledge of Technology and IT solutions. As Sales Manager you will be out on the road majority of the time visiting clients with Sales Executives with a view to increasing the companies profile within the markets.

We seek someone who has very strong B2B Sales and Account Management experience within the IT sector, coupled with extensive experience in managing and developing Sales teams and managing and developing relationships with Blue Chip clients within the IT sector. You will have extensive experience of working within IT Infrastructure services with highly developed networking, relationship and interpersonal skills. This role will require travelling within the UK and therefore you will need to hold a full clean UK driving licence.
