Customer Support Engineer ( Gas Turbines – MRO)
Based: Dundee
Salary: £36,000

This is a full time role in a progressive, busy and vibrant engineering firm. The primary purpose of the position is to support the companies clients with updates, information and advice about the principal stages of engine rebuild, repair and overhaul.

Responsibilities –

Account Management – must be a clear and efficient communicator.
Relationship builder – capable of earning trust and respect.
Negotiation – updating customers on key MRO project points and sometimes negotiating for extended time frames.
Team Player – work in conjunction with Quality Engineer, General Manager and Team Leaders to develop and manage effective communications.
Flexible – may be required to carry out other duties as required by the General Manager.
