The company are a general contractor providing construction services across the North of England. They experience spans all sectors, with projects ranging in value from £400k to £6m. In this exciting period of growth my client are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for progression within a company who are passionate about the career development of their employees.
The Role
– You may be running 2 – 3 projects at once
– Projects ranging from £400,000 – £6million
– Working across all sectors – Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Education, Retail, Public Sector, Leisure and more (Not Civils)
– Managing costs from early design plans though to project completion
– Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client
Requirements
– 2+ Years Experience
– Experience running projects
– Degree Qualified – Quantity Surveying or Similar
– Driving Licence and Car
