This leading facilities services company work with a wide array of national and international clients, and are renown for their outstanding levels of customer service. Due to increasing levels of demand, they now have a requirement for a Soft Services Facilities Manager.

As the Soft Services Facilities Manager you will be responsible for ensuring consistently high service delivery levels are adhered to, and will manage all day to day operations focusing around cleaning, waste, and horticulture. You will directly manage a management team, ensuring correct processes are followed and budgets are adhered to. You will attend client meetings when necessary, and will prepare financial performance reports, supporting account managers at monthly meetings.

In order to succeed, you will have an excellent work ethic with a positive and outgoing approach to your work. You will be able to demonstrate considerable experience in a similar commercial role by your career to date, and will be proven in managing people and teams, able to efficiently engage and motivate employees. You will be able to work under pressure to deadlines, and will constantly be striving to improve. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and will have the ability to influence others.
