Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Saffron Walden, Essex
Salary: Up to £30,000p.a.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 17.00pm
Lunch: 30 mins + 15 min tea break
Contract Type: Full time / Permanent
Sector: IT & Scientific
Our client based in Saffron Walden is looking for a full time Technical Support Specialist to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
As Technical Support Specialist your duties will include:
* Providingn technical support across all company products
* Preparing quotes for customers
* Checking Purchase Orders
* Diagnosing faults and providing solutions
* Assisting with pre-sales & post- sales
* Application / product testing.
An ideal candidate for the Technical Support Specialist will have:
* Scientific background to degree level or equivalent practical lab experience
* IT literacy
* Hands on laboratory experience (highly desirable)
* Excellent communication skills, verbal & written.
