Shipping Clerk – Freight Forwarding Import / Export

My client experienced international leaders in freight forwarding are looking for Shipping Clerk to support in Import/Export. As Shipping Clerk you will need to be a dynamic candidate, with experience working in import/export, shipping or freight forwarding operations environments. This is an international business therefore French as a second language would be helpful but not essential.

Duties will include:
– Manage operations for Air, Sea & Road transport for several key clients.
– Communicating details of transports to customers
– Quotations
– Follow up
– Data Entry on in house system(Datafreight)
– Negotiating costs with suppliers
– Maintaining tariffs with customers
– Invoicing files within monthly deadline
