Divisional After Sales Manager – South West England

We are looking for a Divisional After Sales Manager for a successful dealer group in the South West of England.

This role would ideally suit an established After Sales Manager with a passion for Motor Bikes!

Heading up the After Sales Departments of 5 sites, covering multiple motor bike brands, the successful candidate will offer support and guidance to all After Sales Managers and their teams.

This is a mobile role, so you will be ‘on the road’ going from site to site, performing one to ones, covering for manager absence, producing reports on performance and P&L and reporting directly to the Head of Bikes for the group.

Remuneration is DOE, but the guideline is £42,000basic / £45k OTE plus company car and benefits.

This role really is a labour of love, so a passion for motor bikes is a must.
