The Role: The new Technical Sales Representative will be selling to rubber, adhesive and plastics manufacturers in a largely business development role. You will be talking to technical managers, technologists and purchasing professionals as well as looking after a portfolio of existing accounts. Full company and product training is on offer here.
The Company: With a sales turnover in excess of £30 million and part of a European organisation which operates globally, this company is now set to recruit a new Technical Sales Representative in the UK. They manufacture polyurethanes for injection moulding and extruding applications, as well as additives, adhesives and sealants for the rubber manufacturing process.
For this Technical Sales Representative position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Strong field sales skills
You will probably have a chemistry or polymers qualification
Experience of working for a chemical manufacturer is also relevant
You must be able to converse on both technical and commercial levels
