Head Chef

Salary: £16.8 per hour

This privately owned restaurant offering a large variety of healthy options, is seeking a qualified and creative Head Chef to manage a small team

The role will include:-

* Managing a small team

* Liaising with suppliers

* Ordering of ingredients and all kitchen supplies

* Organising rotas

* Creation of menus

* Managing budgets

* General duties relating to managing staff and kitchen

Person Specification

* Proven experience of working as a Head Chef in a professional Kitchen

* Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

* HACCP qualification

* Experience of dealing with suppliers and overseeing budgets

* Strong organisational and managerial skills

* Creative

The restaurant is open 7 days a week
