Salary: £54,000 – £60,000 per year
looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join this London hotel. The successful candidate will have experience managing a team, running the kitchen, and working in a fast-paced environment. They must be able to deliver high quality dishes following a spec and have a genuine passion for high standard food.
Requirements
* Be up to date with current food styles & trends
* Adhere to food safety legislation
* Ensure good kitchen planning to enable a trouble-free service and customer satisfaction
* Help to promote and maintain a good working environment, leading by example and develop the team around you
* Ensure compliance with all applicable Health & Safety/Food Safety laws, regulations, and legislation
* Be a problem solver, ready to come up with on-the-spot solutions
* Hands on, passionate, Energetic Self-motivated individual
* Manage ordering and controlling of stock
* Passionate about food, standards & results
* Maintain company GP %
