This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful and expanding Retailer as the Market Leader in their field. We are seeking a highly inspirational leader to join the team with responsibility for several branches in and around the Northwest of England area. Ideally candidates will be operating in a similar role within a highly assisted sales business such as furniture, electrical or mobile phones. Whilst Multi-site experience is an advantage, applications from cluster/satellite managers and large single site managers will be considered.

You must possess a genuine passion for excellent customer service and be able to deliver both strategic and tactical objectives. The store managers are high calibre individuals and will require a leader who is able to support, coach and motivate in a positive fashion. New store opening experience is a distinct advantage as there are a dozens of new sites planned for the Northwest, this and next year.

Our client continue to lead the way in a highly competitive industry through concentrating on providing an excellent customer experience, without the pushy sales approach competitors employ. The aim is to create an environment for staff and customers built on trust and develop the brand further in Northern England, which is supported by a high rotation and innovative advertising campaign.

On offer is a basic salary of £40,800per annum, with average earnings expected to be £45,000 + with a generous bonus scheme. In addition you will receive a company car. To be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate a strong track record in a similar field-based role or large single site with 30+ staff in a sales focused environment.
