A Regional Deployment Manager is required by a pioneering mobile telecommunications organisation.
The Regional Deployment Manager will lead and manage cross functional accountabilities within various organisations to assist in the delivery of all programmes within an assigned region.
The Regional Deployment Manager will define and execute strategic and operational guidance to the wider team to interact with other relevant functions to help facility the delivery of the regional targets.
Candidates will have previously carried out a lead Delivery or Deployment role within a Mobile Telecoms Network Roll Out project. You will have experience of leading and managing teams to deliver against agreed targets and multiple projects.
You will be familiar with the Acquisition, Design & Build of cell sites and have excellent interpersonal skills and abilities in managing stakeholders and multi-skilled teams, in addition to core Project Management skills.
