Are you an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor that is currently looking for a new challenge?

An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Highways QS to join a client based in the Chelmsford area of Essex. This is a full-time permanent position with the potential for Hybrid working.

ROLE:

• Working on highways maintenance contracts throughout Essex
• An understanding of NEC Contracts
• Work with internal and external colleagues to ensure consistency in service information, target costs, and budget estimates.
• Commercial responsibility for allocated schemes/packages of work
• Supporting compliance with processes and procedures of the business.

CANDIDATE:

• HNC or Degree Qualified (Client will look at candidates that are still taking their degree / HNC via day release.
• Previous experience within the highways, utilities, groundworks or civils sector is desired but not essential
