Night Shift Manager (11pm – 7am)

6 weeks training. 

JOB SUMMARY 

• Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll be responsible for the production on shift ensuring all Key Performance Indicators are met.
• You’ll also be leading the development of your team and using your keen eye for improvement to initiate cost savings and create a continuous improvement culture within the department.

Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant manufacturing qualifications, as well as Health & Safety training. 
• Able to sustain and develop team working and team based problem solving. 
• Good level of numerical and analytical ability.
• Good planning and coordinating skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Word and Excel skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Excellent internal and external customer service skills 
• Ability to build effective relationships with work colleagues. 
• Able to achieve results by setting high standards and committing to clear objectives.
