Harrison Sands are looking for an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join our client, a multi brand investment group to source talent into the varying divisions of their organisation. Our client are predominantly northern based although have brands throughout the UK and require the Consultant to travel between head office and brand locations as well as having some home working options. Ideal locations for the Consultant to be based would be Manchester, Liverpool or Leeds.

The Internal Recruitment Consultant will work closely with management within each brand as well as central office directors to recruit staff across the organisation from support level up to senior management. Closely aligned to the HR division, the Recruitment Consultant will actively look to source talent into the organisation using networking and social media alongside advertising campaigns. The Recruitment Consultant will also look to identify individuals who may be seeking small business investment and would be interested in developing a brand within our client’s network.

Applicants for this position must hold a full UK driver’s licence as the role involves travel between branch locations. Experience of working within recruitment is essential, with at least 3 year’s dedicated recruitment experience, either within an internal role focusing on recruitment into multiple sites or brands within an organisation, or as an agency Recruitment Consultant focusing on permanent recruitment within a core group of clients.

The chosen candidate will be working as a true Consultant, so experience of advising end users on job specs and interview protocol, running end to end recruitment campaigns and internal stakeholder management is also essential.
