Trainee on Site Recruitment Consultant

My client is a large independent recruiter and they are now seeking a Trainee On site Recruitment Consultant to work with and assist a Key Onsite Account Manager looking after a large prestigeous Industrial client in Telford.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 6 months recruitment experience or recruitment/ resourcing experience in the industrial sector and be used to dealing with large volumes of temporary staff on site at any one time. You will assist the key account manager in managing the clients full recruitment process. The role will be as follows:-

Assisting with all the clients on site recruitment requirements at short notice and ensuring all production shifts are covered. Please note that the shifts required to work are on a 600am – 2.00pm and 2.00pm -10.00pm alternate.

Interviewing and Inducting all staff on site and ensuring that they meet the job specifications and have the required skiils necessary to perform the role

Attending some client meetings to ensure that all KPI’s are achieved and the Service Level Agreement is adhered to

Managing all staff attendence and performance ie Sickness, and KPI’s

Conducting return to work interviews

Providing management information to the client
as requested by the Key Account Manager ie monitoring and supplying pick rate activity

This is an opportunity for an individual that has a little on site experience to take the first steps into an on site account management role. You will be working very closely with the key account manager on site to fulfill the clients recruitment needs and ensure that production targets are met.

Your basic salary will be reviewed as the contract develops and grows.
