Trainee Industrial Recruitment Consultant

An ambitious trainee Industrial consultant is required to fill a key position within our small company based in Birmingham City Centre. Ideally we are looking for somebody with a proven work history, with ideally some experience in recruitment and sales. This person must be target driven who is focused on building new business, someone who is enthusiastic, willing to learn with a fantastic telephone manner. The candidate needs to be confident and comfortable with generating your own leads through cold calling. A large proportion of your day will be spent on the telephone.

You must have a will to achieve and exceed your targets and have an eye for business opportunities. You must also be outgoing and love dealing with people. Candidates must be computer literate with very good written and verbal communication skills and have exceptional organisational skills. Ideally you should have a full driving license.
