Trainee Recruitment Position – Kent – 17K+ OTE

The company was established in 2003, specialising in IT and Technology. With a turnover of 27 million they are a brand you definitely want to work for. They are looking to hire in their Kent office. They have an international presence and are looking for the next generation of the business to come on board and be trained up. They have a London and Birmingham office too.

This is an opportunity to be part of a 350 people strong team where you can move up the ranks very quickly in this company. They have individuals that have been promoted to Team Leader after 2 years of working for the business. This is a very young and fun environment and everyone is on the same page giving you the upmost support that you need for your first role in Recruitment. Please be clear, you don’t need ANY recruitment experience whatsoever and you don’t need to know anything about any of the sectors. You just need to have the interest there in terms of wanting a career in sales!

Requirements:

Confident individual who has some sales experience. “Sales experience” includes:

B2B sales
Insurance Sales
Door to door sales
Telesales in any sector (inbound or outbound) Car sales Lettings/estate agency Customer service roles Fundraising Retail Promotions Target related roles

However, if you feel you have demonstrated pitching, promoting, negotiating, persuading and handling objections in your non-sales roles then please give us a call.

A degree is not essential for this role, however we don’t like to see huge gaps in individual’s employment and/or education.
