Complaints Officer

Salary: £24 – £31.2 per hour

Build Recruitment are currently working with a leading Housing provider in London to recruit for a Complaints Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Dealing with tenant’s complaints via telephone and email to coordinate, investigate and resolve the complaint.
Liaising with different teams across the organization to pro-actively identify solutions to resolve the complaints.
Provide a proactive approach to policy implementation and keep up to date with legislative changes
Essential experience

Must have experience as a Complaints Officer and have a background in Repairs
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
