Project Administrator (Payment Protection Insurance Complaints)

About Huntswood: Huntswood is a specialist resourcing and consultancy firm working in the areas of governance, compliance and complaints. They provide resource to help companies solve their regulatory issues, and expert advice to help them govern responsibly and better manage ongoing regulation.

About the role: Working on behalf of one of our clients you will be responsible for providing general administrative support, managing and responding to complainants in a live contact centre environment, managing project mailboxes, gathering relevant information in order to respond to customer queries in an accurate fashion, assist with printing, franking, enveloping and scanning activities as needed and requesting user ID’s for new starters.

About you: To be successful in this role you will be a confident communicator with superb administration and analytical skills. You will either have experience in general administration (ideally gained within a regulated environment), or you could be working in a different industry and interested in beginning a career within financial services. Or, you could be a graduate with the skills and desire to succeed in a new role. Whatever your background you’ll be a competent computer user with a good working knowledge of all major MS packages.

Hours: You will be required to work between 9am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday, you may be required to work additional hours depending on your workload.

Location: Reading town centre.

Rate: £120 per day.

Contract Term: Until the end of August 2016 initially.
