Warehouse Shift Managers

Our client’s Distribution Network is continually evolving and to enable them to deliver a more flexible supply chain to support their successful and growing business they are looking for two experienced Warehouse Managers.
These roles will require individuals to work on a number of projects during the initial period with the view to moving into operational management roles as Warehouse Managers on a permanent basis.
These are exciting opportunities for individuals who wish to broaden their knowledge of the end to end supply chain through taking on a variety of roles and responsibilities which will require flexibility of location and working hours during the initial project stage.
They are looking for individuals with enthusiasm, who are willing to take ownership of workstream projects and have a proven track record of delivering to time, budget and scope, whilst maintaining excellent customer service.
Essential Skills
Experience of managing people and processes with a demonstrable ability to motivate individuals and teams
Experience of applying a working knowledge of relevant legislation, e.g. Health & Safety, Employment Law, Discrimination etc.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to build strong working relationships quickly and effectively across all levels of the business
Ability to consistently deliver high levels of initiative, focus, commitment and flexibility
Project Management experience
