Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year
REGISTERED MANAGER
We are seeking an strong and experienced Learning Disability Registered Manager, who has a background in managing a service for young adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism and is looking for a fresh challenge
Must have worked with LD and Autism, happy to initially be hands-on to improve service and outcomes.
You must be in a Registered Managers post at the moment and have excellent leadership and operational skills, strong decision maker and confident and driven. Proven background and solid career history
If you are qualified to level 5 or working towards, have a passion for making a difference, can lead by example and would like to work and develop with a national organisation then we would like to speak to you.
* A good knowledge of safeguarding measures
* Understanding of financial measures and income.
* Good knowledge of quality assurance processes
* You will also need to be the following:
* Quality focused
* A natural leader who can manage and motivate a team
* A good decision maker and problem solver
* An influential communicator
* A good listener with great empathy skills
