Registered Manager

Salary: £66,000 – £67,200 per year

We are seeking a proven Registered Manager to join a small care home for the elderly

You will need

* A NVQ level 5 diploma in leadership and management or working towards it

Registered Manager status

* A good knowledge of safeguarding measures

* Understanding of financial measures and income.

* Good knowledge of quality assurance processes

* You will also need to be the following:

* Quality focused

* A natural leader who can manage and motivate a team

* A good decision maker and problem solver

* An influential communicator

* A good listener with great empathy skills
