Salary: £49,200 – £54,000 per year

Registered Manager – Children’s Home

Witney, Oxfordshire

£41,000 – £45,000 + bonus + outstanding benefits

I am currently looking for a Registered Manager for a therapeutic Children’s Home in Witney, Oxfordshire for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

My client is proud of their reputation for providing excellent levels of care and the successful applicants will need to be able to maintain those standards.

Duties for this role include:

* Managing the home making sure the children and young people feel happy, safe and motivated

* Ensuring care exceeds National Minimum Standards and meets Ofsted requirements

* Providing effective leadership to a professional staff team

* Maintaining occupancy levels

Essential criteria for this role include:

* Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

* Level 3 Diploma in Working with Children and Young People (or equivalent)

* At least three years’ experience of working in a residential childcare setting within the past five years

* Knowledge and experience of implementing Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, including quality standards

* Experience in supervising and managing a professional staff team

* A willingness to be registered by Ofsted as a Registered Manager

* A full UK driving licence
