Graduate Education Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,400 – £30,000 per year

We require a Graduate Recruitment Consultant for our expanding business. We are open to applications from graduates who wish to progress in this education recruitment sector which has fantastic opportunities to earn above average graduate salaries with commission and great opportunities for progression.
If you are passionate about providing the highest level of customer service within the education recruitment sector, we would love to hear from you. We are particularly keen to hear from applicants who have trained in an education course such as teaching or education and who are happy to have additional training on providing a recruitment service to schools. There will be opportunities to visit schools and even to observe classes so you will be using skills and knowledge you have developed if you have a relevant degree.

In this exciting role you will be sourcing and interviewing candidates and carrying out vetting checks. You will be contacting local schools to meet their staffing needs and conducting client visits. In addition, you will be monitoring staff once placed in schools to make sure the placement is successful.
You will have:
* An interest in working in an education sales role and enjoy being on the phone
* Be excited and motivated to help schools find staff and teachers find roles.
* The ability to multi-task and work at pace in a competitive sector.
