Working for a supportive and nurturing branch manager, you’ll be supporting both the clients and the candidates in a busy temp and perm office.

Getting out to meet clients with the manager, interviewing and registering candidates, filling bookings, inductions and calling around to get updated booking requirements.

You do need to have experience in a recruitment agency, as a consultant or as a resourcer, but they are open on your sector and length of experience (as long as it’s recent and you know current legislation, job boards etc)
