Salary: £26,000 – £27,600 per year

Do you have experience on a Temp desk? Randstad are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join us in our Brighton office recruiting in the Construction sector.

The ideal candidate will have some previous recruitment experience working on a Temporary desk in a Technical environment – but we’re open to sectors if you are looking for a change!

You’ll be recruiting for Technical staff within the Residential market in West Sussex, Brighton and Hove. This is a warm desk and has huge potential for growth.

Managing your own desk within the Construction industry, Temp Technical.
Maximising the return on clients who are already working with us
Growing the scope and reach of your desk, successfully converting new business
Working towards reaching the companies financial targets
Providing a positive working environment with a winning attitude
Building a strong contract book of temp workersTo be successful in this position you will:

Have 360 recruitment experience
Ideally have worked on a temporary recruitment desk
Demonstrate you are a strong, consistent billing consultant
Display a consultative, professional, business partnering approach
Thrive in a target driven environment
