Workplace description: This luxury 4-star hotel is located just 1 miles from Brentwood Train Station, junction 28 of the M25 motorway, junction 11 of the A12, and Brentwood’s central High Street. This historic Tudor manor house offers a 1AA Rosette restaurant and bar.

Some of the responsibilities of the Food & Beverage Supervisor are as follows:

* Food & Beverage

* Provide support in other areas as a Duty Manager

* Assist with the coordination of the Bar & Restaurant departments

* Customer Relations

Food & Beverage Supervisor – General Duties:

* To ensure guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the utmost hospitality and care during their stay

* To ensure all complaints are minimized and handled professionally

* To supervise, motivate the team

Essential Criteria:

* Previous experience in similar role – team leader / department supervisor

* You’re ambitious and would like to see yourself climbing the ladder within a company that recognises people as their greatest asset

* Team player

* Forward thinking

* Immaculate personal presentation

Charge for accommodation: 280.00 GBP per month
