Recruitment Consultant

We are a rapidly expanding, independent recruitment consultancy, based in Horsham, West Sussex recruiting for clients both nationwide and throughout Europe. Since we had out grown our offices in Crawley and relocating operations to our newer, much larger and recently refurbished offices on the outskirts of Horsham, we have added new members to our team and are currently seeking skilled recruitment professionals to join our company.

Dunamis Services works closely with many clients, building long term bonding relationships. Our aftermarket support is unmatched by any other recruitment business as well as our services, as such we are wishing to attract similar recruitment consultants who do not want to work within an aggressive highly targeted environment. We do not have policies such as…” you are only as good as the month you are billing”… or…” you haven’t made 100 calls and brought on 50 new clients this week”…

Requirements
• Proven recruitment experience

• Able to operate to the highest ethical recruitment standards and ethics

We will offer you
• A highly competitive salary with an expected OTE of £36,000 – £48,000, uncapped commission (depending on your experience). Upto 20% paid uncapped commission.
