Role: IT Technical Support Engineer
Location: Ipswich
Type: Permanent
Salary: 20-28k
My client are looking for a 2nd/3rd line engineer with commercial experience of working in a mixed support & infrastructure environment across multiple sites ideally from a managed services background.
Technical skills required include the following:
-Broad support and infrastructure experience including remote desktop tools (windows based), Windows Server 2008-2012R2, Microsoft Exchange etc.
-Good Windows & Active Directory Management skills.
-Experience with Virtualisation technology including VMWare, VSphere & Hyper V.
-Commercial experience of working with systems across multiple sites.
Travel across multiple client sites will be required so a valid driving licence will be required.
