The Job
The Product Manager will be responsible for driving multiple programmes at device and component level to enable and ultimately create demand / results in targeted segments and geographies. He/she will create and work towards Annual Business and Operational Plans including evolution of the strategy, market/competitive factors, revenue and investment projections, price/contract erosion, potential business development.

Additional responsibilities will include driving the transformation of a product concept into a marketable solution with a cross functional team that includes members from engineering, marketing, services and finance & accountability for all program metrics, including development schedule, cost, unit sales, revenue, margin, product quality, market share and customer satisfaction.

The Candidate
The successful candidate is likely to have a relevant technical qualification (Mechanical or Electronic Engineering) with previous experience leading multi-disciplined teams in multiple development programmes. It is expected that the Product Manager will come from a hands-on Engineering background with recent commercial (P&L, Marketing, etc.) experience.
