Senior PMO / Programme Manager / Portfolio Manager

Leading Financial Services organisation looking for an experienced PMO professional to improve controls around resource and project management in a rapidly expanding PMO function.

The Role:
An experienced PMO Analyst is required for a well-known Financial Services Organisation based in the Birmingham area. You will own the IT Resource Management process and improve the way resources are deployed within the portfolio. You will capture the requirements of the portfolio, forecast future resource needs and assist in the acquisition of necessary staff and allocate across the relevant projects. You will maintain financial controls and systems for recording, monitoring, forecasting and budgeting of all project expenditure, updating Finance with agreed Project Forecast spend. You will monitor and record the progress of all Programme and Project Change Reports. You will also maintain controls and maintain Quality assurance around project frameworks.
