As Recruitment Manager you will:

Manage a team of 4, lead and motivate the team
Set and monitor KPI’s, identify training needs
Operational management on a daily basis as well as client development
Identify, set up and evaluate effective channels for attracting direct candidates for key roles, continually assessing to ensure consistency in pipeline and maintaining appropriate cost per hire
Identify and target new talent through with the use of creative marketing and candidate recruitment engagement
Working to clear timescales to ensure that the recruitment process is in line with new openings
Advertise roles through various recourses and ensure that applications are processed quickly and in line with the companies brand standards
To be an Ambassador for the brand whilst working closely with other Manager and Divisional Directors.Key Attributes – Recruitment Manager As Recruitment Manager you must have:

Recruitment experience ideally gained within retail, leisure or hospitality
Management/Team Lead experience within recruitment
Proven track record of leading successful recruitment teams
Experience of sourcing candidates across diverse Operations
Experience of sourcing candidates using various techniques, including job boards
CV mining, networking and making direct approaches
Strong influencing skills to promote a credible recruitment function when dealing with Heads of Department
Ability to deliver results in tight timescales
