Recruitment Account Manager – Engineering & Technical
Are you a recruiter that would like to step away from new business development but still enjoy recruiting & client servicing?
An internationally successful recruitment business (80 years old!) currently experiencing great success within electronics hardware and technology. As a result they are expanding their team and are now looking for a recruiter to join their fast-growing Managed accounts recruitment team.

You will build a pipeline of candidates maintain regular contact with them to stay up to date with their availability, job application activity and ongoing industry developments.
As a Recruiter, you will have:
* At least 1 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment experience within an agency environment
* Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
* End to end vacancy and candidate management experience
* Have a mature personality with a self-motivated work ethic
* Adaptable communication skills and ability to hold confident professional conversations
* Strong organizational skills and ability to pick up new ATS skills quickly
