FLT Warehouse Operative

Salary: £26,000 – £37,440 per year

Cold Store /Reach Truck Operative (Warehouse)

Please note – own transport is required due to rural location

£26,000 – £37,440 per year-£26,000 – £37,440 per year (negotiable on experience) Basic plus 25pph shift allowance

£16.38 overtime rate (inc. shift allowance) – overtime available at peak periods

Immediate start available

Reach Truck Licence is desirable

Counterbalance Licence is desirable

You will be working in a cold store – all PPE will be provided, and you will take 20 minutes break at every hour

Use of FLT/forklift to move pallets(ideally you will have an external FLT/forklift licence, Reach or Counterbalance)

Using handheld bar scanner to scan in pallets to correct location – attention to detail is key

Picking orders

You will ideally have:

Previous warehouse/FLT/Counterbalance/Reach forklift experience

You must be able to drive/get to site using your own transport as it is not near bus/train links

Shifts (September to July)

Monday – Friday 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm rotating shifts. (8 hour shift)

Peak season (July till September)

7 day working pattern, days and nights 6am-6pm/6pm-6am (4days, 2 off, 4 nights, 2 off)
