Are you an experienced Senior Site Manager looking to work on an exciting new development where you will be enabled to see it through start to finish?
Here is an opportunity to join a company that prides itself on their reputation. They are known as the company to work for within the industry and pride themselves on the quality of developments.
As a company, they specialise in multi-story top end apartments and a variety of 2-4 bedroom houses. Due to the quality of this project, they are looking to recruit someone with a proven record of being a Senior Site Manager.
As a Senior Site Manager, you will need to have a good understanding of Health and Safety procedures, experience of budgetary control; ensuring projects are completed on time and dealing with sub-contractors, whilst having good knowledge of computers as all records are logged electronically. Within this role, you will be working on busy site, experience of the housing industry is important. Valid CSCS and SMSTS certificates are also essential.
This position is ideal for those with a proven track record of working as a Senior Site Manager, looking to work on a modern high end profile project where you can have the luxury of seeing it from start to finish.
