Salary: £42,000 – £44,400 per year

Apprenticeship Quality Co-Ordinator

£35k-£37k Permanent Full Time 25 days holidays rising every year to 30 in year 5, plus Bank holidays Private medical insurance, aviva wellbeing and digital GP, pension plan, life assurance, subsidised gym membership, employee discounts,

3 days in the office in London, 2 days working from home

Role Purpose

You will be responsible for providing excellent service internally and externally for the provision of our apprenticeships service. Reporting to the Apprenticeships Quality Manager and to ensure our provisions are in line with Ofsted, ESFA and industry requirements. Carrying out quality assurance processes and report your findings to the Quality Manager, support the implementation of the QIP and quality monitoring cycle, and help to ensure skills coaches have the knowledge and resources needed to support their apprentices through to End Point Assessment in a timely manner.

Role Responsibilities

* Supporting the creation and of the SAR and QIP

* Supporting quality themes within compliance audits

* Responsible for End Point Assessment administration

* Undertake a range of administrative requirements including data input and management

* Working with skills coaches and tutors to ensure that they are trained and supported accordingly

* Keeping up to date with developments relating to our industry and maintaining a high level of knowledge of its requirements

* Supporting the Safeguarding Lead in the role of Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead

Role Requirements

Essential

* Some experience of working within the Apprenticeships sector Excellent verbal and written skills Strong organisation and prioritisation skills High level of attention to detail Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) Working to tight SLA’s

Desirable

* Understanding of Ofsted Education Inspection Framework Knowledge of ESFA spending rules Prior experience of creating or supporting Quality Improvement Plans Prior experience of creating / supporting Self-Assessment Reports Previous experience of Ofsted inspection visits Previous experience within ESFA audits
