Salary: up to £36,687 plus car allowance of £5,800

The role

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Property Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting new role which will play a crucial part in shaping our business strategies and contributing to the success of our projects.

Working closely with the Director of Sales and wider Development colleagues, you will be responsible for researching, analysing, and presenting new business opportunities. This includes producing clear marketing feasibility reports, creating marketing materials for transactions, and designing and updating models for various business needs.

This role will involve collaboration with the land, sales, and marketing teams, contributing to marketing feasibility work and producing market, trend, and competitor reports. Key accountabilities include:

  • Assisting in the creation of standard template models
  • Reviewing internal models for accuracy and integrity
  • Supporting commercial negotiations with geographical and economic reviews
  • Evaluating sector and competitor landscapes
  • Providing commercial and analytical support for corporate projects
  • Actively contributing to internal and external project meetings
  • Assisting in the preparation of board reports and market trend analysis
  • Collating data for various reports

About You

To be successful in this role, you will already have;

Qualifications:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field such as Economics, Business Management, Maths, or Geography
  • A full UK driving license.

Experience:

  • Ability to work with Property Professionals
  • Proven ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization software such as Tableau
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Genuine interest in property data
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills and quick to learn new software.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong report writing skills, interpreting complex datasets and conveying clear results.
  • Ability to explain property issues to non-property individuals.
  • Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
