Salary: circa. £54,000 per annum

Job Type: 6-month fixed term contract

About Us

We are the UK’s largest provider of older persons housing and care, operating across 1,700 locations, with over 10,000 colleagues and a strategy to deliver an additional 5,700 homes by 2033. As part of our growth, we have implemented a development appraisal and project management system (Pamwin) for use by Development and Finance Teams. We are seeking an experienced Development System Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in further integrating and managing this software.

The role:

As a Development System Analyst, you will be responsible for steering and guiding the team’s use of the software, supporting them on updates, management, and overall functionality. This includes providing and arranging training. You will be the ‘champion’ for the software within Anchor, collaborating with the Development team and working alongside colleagues in Sales, Development Finance, IT, and the software provider (M3) to deliver and analyse monthly reporting generated by the system.

Reporting to the Director of New Business and working closely with development colleagues and Development Finance, this role is business-critical to our aspirations to provide more homes, be more efficient, offer more opportunities for colleagues, and be more influential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Steer and guide the team’s use of the development appraisal and project management system (Pamwin).
  • Support the team on software updates, management, and overall functionality.
  • Provide and arrange training for the Development and Finance Teams.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Sales, Development Finance, IT, and the software provider (M3).
  • Analyse and deliver monthly reporting generated by the system.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for software-related queries within Anchor.

About you

To be successful in this role you’ll need to have/be:

  • 5+ years of experience using ‘off the shelf’ appraisal and cash flow management software (e.g., Pamwin or SDS).
  • Working knowledge of system administration of financial software.
  • Key role in the involvement in large-scale development programs for at least 5 years.
  • Experience working with other departments in large organizations such as IT and Finance.
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business purposes.
