Our Clients Business Established in 1994 and began as an independent Mobile Phone Retailer. Since then they have ridden the pressures of intense competition to become one of the most reliable Mobile Retailers in the industry with stores nationwide. Our central office based in Nottingham town centre, due to the further expansion of their business, we are now seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Customer Service Agent to join our team.

The Ideal customer service agent should have:
• Have 1+ years’ experience in a customer-focused environment, ideally within a Call Centre or Contact Centre environment.
• Be able to demonstrate their ability to achieve KPI’s or targets
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Great listening skills
• Exceptional organisation skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Customer focused
• Adaptable, flexible, and punctual at all times
• Able to work within a team or independently
• Able to work under pressure
• The ability to commit to management deadlines
• A good knowledge of Microsoft programmes – Excel in particular

Duties and responsibilities for the successful customer service agent:
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically •
• Responding promptly to customer enquiries
• Producing daily reports
• Entering Data onto our ad-hoc system
• Updating and amending customer records
• Handling customer complaints and following internal escalation processes where necessary
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Reporting directly to management with the daily activities of the Customer Service department

The role is permanent and contracted to 40 hours per week (Including 1-hour break per day)

If you have experience in a Customer Service role and have experience of the telecoms industry you’ll be highly sought after.
