Structural Revit Technician

I currently have a role for a Structural Revit Technician on a contract basis to work for a Multi-National Engineering Consultancy, to be based from their busy office in Farringdon.

This modern consultancy are working on a number of projects with a fully integrated BIM model and require an experienced Revit user to join the team. They work on a lot of commercial office, schools and Luxury residential projects

The successful candidate will be working with an established team and will have the opportunity to work as a lead technician on projects and will report to the BIM manager.

Essential Attributes:

Experienced in the active day-to-day use of Revit to produce and amend structural drawings specifically relating to buildings;
Experienced in the use of AUTOCAD to produce and amend structural drawings specifically relating to buildings;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Experience working as part of a team with other Engineers and Technicians;
Experience of controlling incoming and outgoing documents to ensure that changes are identified, that the accuracy of drawings held on file is maintained, and that documents are issued to clients and contractors in the required format and using the required method;
Checking of work for accuracy and quality control purposes, including the work of colleagues and other members of the project team;
Liaison with other members of the design team over queries or issues relating to drawings, and assisting with resolution;
Flexibility and ability to deliver to agreed deadlines;
