Bank’ Receptionist / Admin Assistant

Transform is a leading cosmetic surgery organisation and we are currently looking for a bank receptionist for our Sheffield clinic. As this is a bank position the hours will vary depending on the need of the business, therefore the successful applicant must be flexible. Hours offered could include late evenings, weekends and/or weekday shifts. Previous reception and administration experience are essential, as are strong computer and organisational skills. Duties will include answering the phone, keeping the reception area tidy, meeting and greeting patients, first class customer service skills,liaising with other members of staff and helping to ensure a smooth running of the clinic. Confidentiality is essential.
