A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a professional Accounts Assistant to join our client’s Prestige Independent Garage in the Bromley area on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities as an Accounts Assistant with our client include:

– Chasing up outstanding debts relating to hire cars within the company
– To ensure accurate records are kept and updated daily.
– To ensure that on first contact, any customer, regular, new or potential, receives a pleasant and courteous welcome.
– To ensure that customers’ needs are dealt with promptly.
– To record and pass all messages expeditiously and accurately.
– To ensure outgoing communications are dealt with promptly.
– To maintain a collected composure when under stress.
– To provide general support to office/administration team.

Experience, qualifications, and training required:

– Accounts experience within the automotive sector is essential!
– Computer literate
– You MUST have experience with Sage Accounts

For your hard work our client is offering a starting salary up to £26,400per annum DOE. Our client requires someone based in the Bromley area or who is able to travel to Bromley.
